BACKSTORY: I have been role-playing in Hathian for some time. Currently I rent a large enough plot for the business in Devils Pocket. However I want to establish a business in the heart of Hathian and have noticed an empty building. I'm looking to establish a Cigar Shop; I have family (DeNiro Santini - Many about Hathian) that is coming along with me and the plans with the Cigar Shop will be to establish a location for more established individuals of Hathian to show up smoke a cigar and enjoy good conversation. This would cater to the police, the citizens, the deviants, everyone would benefit from a nice cigar shop to share meeting at.

UNIQUE: There is currently only a Mart that would relate to this location, my location will have seating for 2 tables, 4 chairs where people will have a more intimate time between one another. Whether it's a private conversation between a lawyer and his client or a gang boss and his drug runner. We are looking to provide a location for the more "Mafia" type then the overall "Gang" persona that already exists around Hathian. Though again, all of course are welcome.

EXP:I have been Commander of a Gorean City called Kaelus. We were top traffic and currently they are in a rebuild out for a few months. I am looking to pour my time into something I can see excel. My experience in Gor has been for around 7 years now and my experience in CD is about the same. I was simultaneous between the two. I can build, script, and create posters for my business to advertise and get people in the community involved.

IDEAS:I will provide a location for newcomers to come in and start working getting to know the individuals who come into the cigar shop will open up a lane for them that they wouldn't usually get. A lot of individuals are concerned with how to get involved with a group, and remain solo. This will immerse members of different groups and provide a prime location to find these types of individuals.

OTHER:I am sure that this business would be a hit around here, this block is very traffic filled and with the strip club and tattoo shop across the street the only thing missing would be Harbor Cigars.
