After careful study of the image in the paper I made a visit to the cells personally to see the prisoner without her mask on, while she slept. The 'Jane Doe' currently held in the station's jail cell for an assault on myself and Detective Sergeant Dax Carver is easily identifiable as Ika Meiyo, former civil employee of the HPD. The woman is certainly not underage, as is shown on her record of employment.
