junji033 residentsaidHello, New to CD - as a person who is willing and ready to learn with fellow friends along and will help bring many more as I enter and discover my own part into crack Den region. The issue I'm having as i make my way through to understand what is being asked of my character, im realizing that people don't want to be helpful most of the time and maybe they're older? older people or whatever they just don't feel like explaining but then when that new person has to rp with others they're getting easily upset because of "rp adequacy " when some people this might actually be there first rodeo in the sim so I feel the pain of feeling like your sim is being taken over by a generation that may not understand the "norms" However, as time goes on more people you're not familiar with both generational, or even humorous speaking it shifts and takes on a new culture and that's a sociology point of view to look at it. Cultures are replaced over time with new ideas so if you're not addressing those things that you deem as "normal" for the culture of which you've come from then you will continue to be frustrated as generations move into. It needs to be a bit more welcoming towards new members without trying to come off as a "scary" entity or someone to not be messed with. Too much mixing ooc and ic because of feeling above new players. I know and am aware of classes for rp and I'll be in attendance for sure. If you have an issue with the rp you can just remove yourself or message that person, not everyone has to message you firstly to get help cause a lot of the time when it asked its being snarky and bitter vibes start coming out. |
