Can probably have “lifers” in HGH’s recovery room and HPD’s cells, these areas of the sim often are unpopulated and can often find just one person lingering alone. Having an AI character in these areas would give players an avenue of RP in these places that encourage RP to pass time as they play out their stays.

I do agree that the Armed Citizen status can use some slight tweaks as those who are victimized and not good with a blade or just plain lazy would want to defend themselves. Most would turn to firearms at that point since their nemesis would only be stopped by a bullet.
