As Nadir is working on expanding the AI NPC characters around the sim, I think it would be great to place suggestions for future AI NPCs in one convenient place!

We currently have Celestine the Mystic in BW by the Ferris Wheel and Marty the Cop in the CD OOC landing zone.

Per Nadir: "Will be adding a bunch more [AI NPC Characters] like a therapist at hospital, porkens in pd, and a few others,  they will each have special 'abilities' to tell you something cool about your char and backstory"
