If I remember correctly there have been a number of cult gangs that have been based there over the years. Some of whom have fanatical leaders attempting to convert Hathian or just purge the undeserving!

If some one wants to revisit those ideas it would be kind of fun again!

Depends on your definition of ‘Bank’. If you mean a secure part of a building with a load of cash lying around I have heard rumors ! (and OOC seen it…).
