Yes, we have! And given the whole shelter idea is to keep it in secret, I’ll be more sticking to having a volunteer with certain skills and ability to keep his mouth zipped than to official social services!

Buffy! That’s amazing! We could arrange some sort of volunteering activities for the sorority girls as the leads of it and other students as well. And maybe that would even help CU students to score extra points!
Maybe we could even arrange it as a ‘field trip’ class at the CU. This idea has a great potential in it!

I already have a name for that shelter – The Delphine Oracle Shelter. It’s a bow of respect to the Delphic Oracle, I was a huge fan of Greek Mythology as a kid, but it’s in Delphine, so why not 🙂

as for that cartel E. works with, it’s an NPC cartel – The Hairy Oyster Cartel, you will see a painting of their mascot in E’s office if you ever visit her
