All of the above replies give invaluable info Daron, especially Esmeralda’s touch on permits that coincide with other points on RP and keeping it consistent. Sounds like refreshing RP, gives a good communal slant to daily CD RP and might give a chance for other Chars outside of the PD or normal PD RP to meet mutually with reason, and converse without all the pressure and stereotypes on the streets?.

With the HPD – I’m not completely on par with how IC’ly legal implications affect the workings of the RP, but so far Karn and Co have been doing a decent, fair and successful job with bailing convicts, while building IC relationships in the process.
