Dakota's 16, currently at Seaside. She's feisty and optimistic, very good at analyzing body language of others. She's street smart and intelligent, although unmotivated. She values her relationships a lot, unless you prove to her that it'll be difficult to get along, in which case she may take a few different approaches.
