I wasn't sure if this would be better suited in the Group Proposal section or here, but since I'm not actually proposing a group I had a question that wasn't exactly covered on the "Businesses" page. If a character wanted to operate a business from a wearable bicycle, would they still need to do a proposal and all that, since there would be no group made? Or how does that work exactly?
The business would be like, y'know a weenie stand on a bicycle or an ice cream cart on a wearable bicycle. I didn't think characters needed permits for non motorized vehicles like bicycles, push scooters, skateboards, roller skates, BUT with it being a business I knew I was getting into sketchy territory. I asked a GM and they thought it best to stick it in the forums for feedback. So anything is definitely appreciated, guys!
