Ngl had the worst time last night with three other new players. As Ive been slowly learning literally everything for role play and whats expected of newer players, it was not great to have to deal with helping 3 even newer players into cd. After going over the rules with the three newbies in the sim and how they have to post order, approach the scene and ask for permission when getting permission back the senior rper proceeded to troll the newbie (which is usually not usual ) and then go into the nearby chat and told the rper (to get fucked) lol like i got so lost as a new rper myself and helping even newer rper Im not sure if people get intimidated by newer people or what but it was the most awkward thing i swear. I had to mediate the situation with someone she was with because when trying to help between the situation she didn't want to respond (probably knew she was in the wrong) but like how is that anyone's fault? mam you're old enough im sure, to know if you dont wanna rp with someone or they're from her words (animated) more then you then don't rp them. simple. ofc not everyone in sl wants to dress like they wanna live their chosen norm life in sl especially newer generation you will rarely find anyone in the lower half of millennials and gen z in something like a jean short skirt and tank top. I'm just saying, so attacking her clothing and how she may even approach her to start off was so weird. I Understand early 2000s may have been like that but we are in 2024 now. Please do better.  Oh and just because people are new into the sim doesnt mean theyre trolls which was her excuse for behaving a way. Nothing was coming off like that besides one girl dancing animation in another scene that had nothing to do with the scene the senior person was freaking out and having a karen fit with.
