I'm not naming names because I don't want my thread locked again by Valena and Piper. But someone should really address the issue of newbies just waltzing into a scene and basically taking over with no regard for the post order. This is basic RP etiquette. Most of us are just regular players. We're not admin. We can try to guide newbies (or inconsiderate folks in general) and explain how we do things, but it's really not our job. And if we can't identify these folks how is anyone supposed to know this is a recurring problem?
