Play times
I think often leads make event times and mean it good but choose a time that is difficult to attend for European players. Of course there is no need to make a Euro friendly event, but for those that want to do so here a little maths on the times:

10am SLT is 7pm in Europe ((that is the time many European players start after work and Dinner)

2pm SLT is 11pm in Europe (likely the time when many European players log off)

6pm SLT is 3am in Europe (that is of course a time people with a normal job in Europe cannot attend)

9pm is 6am in Europe (for those that are used to get up early (like me) that is a match to play on weekends)
Yes time zones are a pain in the ... but for those that are flexible with event times and want Euro players involved, you see early or late is the best option 🙂
