Rader Records

BACKGROUND: So I will start with. I am in an odd Position with this. I feel like I have been leader without ever being the official leader. Piper Rewell has had that position while I have been managing things. It has been teamwork and now that She gave it up. I am looking to Be the official Lead. How I plan to make employees feel included. I have already established quite a bit of employees that icly Jessi has made feel welcome. What she has been doing lately is calming down the Rejects who like to hang out in the lot because Jessi had plans of making Rader thrive. She has been putting this into effect and has hired Employees with Music Knowledge and those that just like the record store kind of environment for their rp. When it comes to Rader, Employees and customers she is very engaging and friendly because icly she is motived by the potential money Rader can make her.

 

UNIQUE: There aren't any other Record or Music like businesses so that alone helps it to stand out. How would I further make it stand out is with the rp that is drawn onto the Rader Records lot. Again this feels different for me because I have already been working on this the past years drawing in rp and making people notice Rader Records is here. The thought of being the official lead fills me with the desire to want to advertise Rader more, Actually using some of the socials we have and use the group chats to get the attention of newer players in CD that might not have heard of it yet.

 

EXPERIENCE: I have been in CD for 4 years now. In that time I was the lead of Chartbusters and I loved it, the only reason I let it go was because the Rejects under Parnell had acquired Rader Records and I did not want to split the Reject RP into two spots. Since I let it go I became manager of Rader Records and have had a few events done in that time including a concert so I have the experience already and would like to continue doing what I been doing and more.

 

IDEAS: I answered this question in my prior blabbing on a previous question but I will repeat a little. Using the Crackden group to promote Rader so the new players see it pop up, I'm on sim a lot and of course Jessi is always out there telling people to check out Rader Records, As Lead my character would continue to do that but being lead would inspire me to push it more.

 

OTHER: For a grand opening event, I would love doing another concert, those are always fun and the last one had a good showing. I already have plenty of connects and getting another one happening would not be a problem. I am a Reject and what I would love to do would be get a concert going with a fight night in the mix. Music and Moshing. Sounds like fun to me.
