BACKGROUND: As leaders of this business, John and myself would very much like to include a section of Crack Den that is overlooked. We would like to involve the Crack Den youth in our business, as both apprentices, and runners. The direction we would like to take the business is more along the lines of a rundown Mechanic shop that fronts for a rather organized chop shop exporter. Creating a bridge for older youth to start their criminal careers in Hathian. for regular events, we would like to hold what we will call "Runs". These events will have our apprentices scouting the city for cars that may have bits and pieces that fit out buyers needs. (All cars used in the run will have gotten ooc permission from owners first/Or be a persons NPC car)The way we would go about making employees and new people feel welcome is by having continuous ongoing roleplays such as but not limited to, setting weekly tasks. These tasks will change and vary depending on the needs of our clients. Whether or not those clients are NPC or not. We will also make a point of being available to rp with our employee's. Our characters would fit in as management because they are active, social and like to generate rp with as many people as possible.

UNIQUE: This is a trick question for us. We don't necessarily want to stand out. As much as blend in. Be the kind of business people whisper about, know exists but are not quite sure. Our mechanic shop will hopefully stand out as a place to get what you want for the best price you can get it. We would work with other similar businesses in joint business ventures. We are hoping to encourage role play with the hpd, FDH, and business of Hathian etc. Not all runs will go smoothly and be successful. Hopefully, through our roleplay and events that will be what makes the business stand out the most.

EXPERIENCE: The qualities that John North (Noobrothallo Resident) and my self both posses is the ability to create an ongoing storyline, that has a ripple effect within the city to generate role play. Both of us are good at taking charge and leading role play. Outgoing social and friendly. As for past experience. We both have experience in other sims as moderators, leaders, and storytellers.

IDEAS: By being available to roleplay, willing to help out. Both in and out of character. And helping them get their footing within the sim to figure out the right path they could take.

OTHER: We have put thought into this. We would hold a car show while throwing a party with lots of music, beer, hamburgers and mostly naked people. (Cause kids). During the party/car show, we would send out some of our runners to scout the vehicles of those who are at the party or otherwise engaged in other activities so we have an idea of what the city's stock looks like. For the party, we would recruit other business to help provide food, beverage, and entertainment. This gives them free promotion.

Clarification: Noa Thompson (rhaella) will be the sole OOC lead of the business, while her and John North (Noobrothallo Resident will partner IC together.
