Comiquities

TYPE: Official Business

BACKGROUND: I intend to develop Comiquities' IC potential as a geek hub, not only as a comics store. I would try to make IC partnerships with other businesses to bring some RP to them using Comiquities' theme, as well as host events, for example, tabletop RPG one-shot sessions (using simpler systems that doesn't require much preparation for a session to be done), as well as using ad-posts at CD Citizens to bring people to Comiquities. Iara isn't a traditional geek, but several interests of geek culture were also her interests on different parts of her life, which causes her to know a bit about some of these, and she compensates the rest by throwing her effort.

UNIQUE: Thematically, Comiquities already stands out from other businesses in Hathian, but that may also be a double-edged blade, as sometimes, people may feel that it stands out so much that it is detached from their own storylines, and I will try to make noise to those that may be interested at Comiquities' themes at the same time that I will also try to link that with other themes, to try to attract other people to Comiquities.

EXPERIENCE:I had some experience in leading groups in two smaller urban sims, from the end of 2021 to the end of 2022, and in some smaller degree, scarse experience in aiding newcomers to the HPD, OOCly as well, as Corporal, with one of my previous characters, from the start to the end of 2021.

IDEAS:By actively roleplaying at Comiquities or around the sim trying to promote Comiquities, through any funny/crazy ideas that Iara comes up to bring people to Comiquities, and also by trying my best to aid anyone that asks for my help OOCly and being open to suggestions on how I can improve as lead.

OTHER:I wouldn't do an official grand re-opening event, instead the grand re-opening would be posts as advertisement, while I would plan and organize, ICly and OOCly, the first events.
