BACKGROUND: My plan is to have Jessica modernize the business and take it to the next level. Originally Parnell had thought that no one would rent movies and focused more on the drug trade. Having rped there as a clerk I learned that lots of people came in to rent movies and not just looking for cocaine. I also learned that some were discouraged because all that could be rented was VHS. That made sense for Parnell's Chartbusters. With Jessica as management she would update to carrying DVDs and Blue-Rays to give people more options to come in for. The Original money laundering Drug trade framework would still be a focus giving plenty of options for rp. Employees would be encouraged to follow the path they enjoy more, whether its the dark path of drugs and gang play or a clerk that's very enthusiastic about movies or maybe not enthusiastic but its a job they need and know a little or not at all about movies., it would help as a step to helping them feeling included in other dark or light aspects of daily sim rp. Jessica as a character would be encouraging and mentoring her clerks that they can all be a success story in the city. She would give herself as an example that started as a reluctant clerk to becoming employee of the month and finally top management by hard work and determination. She would of course encourage them to sell coke to make it a little easier getting there. Events could be a movie night at the theater where little samples of coke would be given to further advertise where you can find more. Chartbusters.

UNIQUE: The business will stand out because it is a way for people to experience the movie culture in a store that still stands from a bygone era. A place where people will be able to experience the social aspect of renting a movie from your favorite clerks, that will also help you get more than just that movie fix you are looking for.

EXPERIENCE: I have ran a couple of businesses before In other rp sims and have had success with bringing rp and making a fun environment that promotes inclusive rp.

IDEAS: New players will be engaged into the sim with the already established storyline of Chartbusters. They will be able to follow the route of being a clerk for the more legal side of the business which is renting out movies, or they will have the choice to get a feel for the darker side of the business which is money laundering, cocaine, and some gang exposure.

OTHER: The business is already running smoothly and drawing in rp and interest so a grand re-opening would not be likely required. That being said an event like a job fair type hiring day to look for new applicants could be done.
