Freddy's BBQ Joint

BACKGROUND: The location: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Laveau/158/189/26 Cam runs the Slab butcher shop in Hathian, and it's a natural inclination to use that resource to run a little BBQ joint in Blackwater. With the location being right in front of an abandoned in ground empty pool, there can be far more than some good meat to be had at Freddy's. Fight nights and other violent events as well as parties could take place. Community BBQs as well as a place to dispose of unwanted evidence, far away from the Slab. To make employees feel included, there will be weekly orders for nutria and gator as well as wild boar and maybe even long pig, for employees to fill. There may also be special dinner events much like in the movie 'the menu' and things of that nature. Freddy's can also cater events, both legally and otherwise. Creativity abounds!

UNIQUE: Camden will use his natural charisma and business savvy to draw folks in, and there will be advertisements on the downlow for the less than legal side of things. Also, because Hathian is filled with cannibals, there will be a secret menu.

EXPERIENCE:I've been RP'ing in CD since 2006 and have managed quite a few businesses both private and official, as well as multiple official factions. I am the current faction lead of the King Street Bones and believe I can bring some solid creativity to blackwater that Cam wouldn't otherwise be able to do at the Slab due to its high profile in Hathian. I have been working as a professional AAA game designer for 14+ years now and have been fortunate enough to contribute to the development of multiple accredited AAA titles. I have learned a lot in my time in CD. Most importantly? How to hold myself accountable and grow from my mistakes. I believe I can make Freddy's an incredibly fun place to seek grimdark RP and also humorous, more light hearted RP.

IDEAS:The hiring process for Freddy's will include going on hunts for various wild game, as well as things like preparing a meal for the Bones. For those willing to work on the 'secret cannibal menu', there will be similar tasks to hunt 'long pig' and prepare it. Lots of fun ways to get folks included, with monthly menu items that would call for different ingredients. We want to locally source things IC as much as possible, to create more RP for blackwater as well as hathian. So employees would need to make deals with other businesses for supplies, and Cam will have orders/requests that change with the months/seasons, to keep things fresh and updated. Also, Cam plans to host events like 'the menu' movie , where tickets are limited and various shocking things occur during the meal like torture or violence or graphic things etc. A good example: human hibachi grill. Prepare meals on the belly of a living captive, like a live show. Things like that.

OTHER:I think the best grand opening for this business would have to be one of the 'limited ticket dining events' I've spoken of. Or a community BBQ.
