Asylum Arcade

BACKGROUND: Tolu would be aiming to create a fun place to hang out and game at the arcade. He would aim for the business to be profitable, he'd be focused on organizing events by sourcing and building networking opportunities that encourage a greater customer base. His quirks would likely have him focusing on having fun there and building up a wacky team running the arcade. He'd use his friendly nature and energy to build a fun environment for employees and get them in on the action of creating events and wacky parties. He'd be reaching out to other businesses official and unofficial to join up for geeky fancy dress parties and special events in house and sponsoring around Hathian. Tolus character fits in with the business in general. He's a skateboarding parkour loving gamer nerd whose always up for fun. While he isn't typical management material, as he hasn't managed a business before, this isn't the most typical business, and his energy and enthusiasm for the arcade and the general theme is his leading quality. Hes forward thinking, enthusiastic, flexible and customer focused looking to create fun space.

UNIQUE: The arcade is right in the thick of Hathian and it doesn't get enough action as it stands. Its often dead and i think to make it unique and stand out from other businesses it needs to be more active and pull together with other businesses to get events running regularly. Tolu will be getting stuck in reaching out, networking, getting people together to run fun events that everyone can enjoy, inside and out. To stand out you need to reach out and get people out of their routine and into some good fun!

EXPERIENCE:Tolu is a fun loving enthusiastic and confident character that has those friendly qualities to bring fun to the job. He has experience with with arcades, gaming, street kids and has always lived in Hathian primarily on the streets so he has smarts some may not. As a player behind the screen I've managed businesses many times over the years and enjoyed doing so, being creative and inventive to really push interaction with other players and make it a immersive environment

IDEAS:Tolu will be hot on new clerks joining to meet up and do immersive inductions and get some good interaction going. he will be asking their help for events and reaching out to work side by side on shifts so theyre not alone. he will use the local paper and radio/group to advertise the arcade and job availability to try get those players in and active

OTHER:i would do a life size pac man party! the theme would be life size arcade games and it would be in the street outside, pulling in people to have fun!
