After Shift Bar

BACKGROUND: I would like to bring a presence to the bar. A consistent presence and rp will make the bar more appealing. Events can be thought on after the more important piece of rp is established. I would want to be open to ideas from patrons like birthday parties, promotion celebrations, etc.

UNIQUE: Again, an rp presence. A face to associate with the bar which will hopefully lead to other faces becoming more permanent presences. I love this little bar and I am excited to rp there.

EXPERIENCE:I am mature, interested in the bar and first responders' roles and the subject matter, and I believe that rp can be fun. I am excited to work with other folks to make this a great spot for rp.

IDEAS:introductions, rp out some kind of interview process, include new employees in planning, be involved and present.

OTHER:Not sure there should be necessarily, since it's "open" already but small events could be fun. I would need to get a feel for the clientelle and what would be fun and go with that.
