There are a number of NPC regulars around town that I would love to hear more about and create a place to gather all the stories shared/heard about them. What's "common knowledge" someone might use when they bump into Simon at Lou's, Helga at the Grind, Steve at Pie Hole? Who else?

For example, on Mardi Gras when Ro was working at Lou's, she shared with some patrons that legend had it Simon streaks through town at bar close on Mardi Gras. What stories have you heard/cooked up?
