I was watching this Die Hard movie on TV. There is this conversation that the half of the cops in the town are addicted to lottery. I wonder either Pawn shop or any other institution should start lottery business as a side element along their main business in Hathian. It can be a weekly draw. And lotteries have to be bought in person at a particular spot available 24 hrs a day. To make things easier, it can be a single digit lottery. Result can be announced through Hathian observer. And the next day the profile of the winner. And one month after... how the winner lost all his money by drugs/robbery/HPD raid/hookers. Just an Idea!!!
