There's so many NPC's around Hathian (some, like Porkins of the HPD, quite famous) that I thought I'd try to get a list going of who you might meet out there quietly going about their duties.  Toss in if you like, but please include something of the character so people can better RP the NPCs they're likely to meet.  To get started...

Woody:  Bartender at Howlers.  An affable idiot, given to zoning out and forgetting instructions almost immediately.  He has set fire to the bar a number of times in his pursuit to perfect his signature drink, 'the Flaming Woody.'

Edna:  Head baker at the Green House.  Usually depressed about her love life (though she's recently started a romance with Woody).  Sharp and no nonsense, she's more than capable of running the store solo and has a solid knowledge of cannabis and medibles though rarely imbibes herself.  She once had a love affair with the late Jerry Garcia.
