Firstly, I want to say thanks to all of you. Your enthusiasm and creativity are what make Crack Den such a dynamic and engaging place. As someone who dedicates their leisure time to facilitating these activities, I am deeply committed to helping facilitate that people have a positive and enjoyable experience.

However, I would like to kindly ask for your understanding and patience in a few areas:

Time and Flexibility: Managing multiple FDH responsibilities and catering to the diverse needs of our community is challenging. There will be times when I need a bit more time to respond or complete certain tasks. This role brings me a lot of joy, but it also requires a significant amount of effort and time behind the scenes, much of which isn't always visible to everyone. Your patience and understanding during these moments are greatly appreciated.

Creative Flexibility: While I strive to accommodate everyone's ideas and visions, there might be occasions where I cannot execute things exactly as you imagined, sometimes this is because of the technical limitations of our equipment, the impact that it might have on the sim’s performance, it’s too complicated to execute promptly etc. Please be willing to work with me. I am not trying to be mean or flatten your ideas, I am just trying to work within the limits

Kindness and Support: A little kindness goes a long way. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but I ask that it be delivered with empathy and respect.

Voluntary Nature: Please remember that my involvement in  FDH is a voluntary hobby and not a job. While I am passionate about facilitating our roleplays as hard as I try, it is important to recognize that I do not owe anyone specific outcomes or timelines. Your understanding and respect for this are crucial.

Thank you for your attention to these points. Let’s continue to create wonderful stories and experiences together, fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
