I was wondering!

Well I never asked but I remember an IM in 2008 that said: just go and do it!

What I'm wondering is...

When I started to RP as Matsui in 2008 and he got injured or needed medical care, I RPed that he couldn't pay the hospital bills nor insurance of any sort just to keep the realism of the roleplay going.

But then one day Matsui got hurt so much the ambulance came over and picked him up went to hospital yadda yadda.
And I played that he wanted to get out because he couldn't pay for the medical care yet they IMed me and said it never requires as everyone is insured?

Until now I never bothered to go into that topic but today it kind of got back into RP where Matsui couldn't afford electric wheelchair.
But to be REALL realistic Matsui wouldn't even be able to afford any wheelchair or any medical care ever.

Where do they get the money in HGH? I mean, nobody pays....

I don't understand how it works! Someone help.
