The Rōzu Syndicate

BACKGROUND: The Rōzu Syndicate was born from the Pink family in Japan and has now expanded into Hathian as a way to protect and provide for their own, as well as establish themselves as an even more dominant family in the city. The main focus within the Syndicate is prostitution, with more minor focusing on party drug trafficking and 'black widow' operations. The Rōzu Syndicate is funded by family money coming in from Japan as well as their many racketeering activities and bookmaking the fight nights at Lou's, which is their business front though they also have a house in Rougarou where most of the prostitution takes place. As The Rōzu Syndicate is family first and crime syndicate second, they really do not have ranks though Calixia 'Maus' Pink is the head of the family in Hathian with Elseworth Taov, and a handful of others who help her run the business side of things with the recruits to handle the street-level dirty work. The syndicate also 'employs' bait girls who are not necessarily part of the gang and typically victims of human trafficking, though they can work their way into better standing in the gang if they perform well.

UNIQUE: While Lou's has been proposed as the faction front, it will not be lead by Calixia. Rachell Vond-Pink will retain possession of Lou's and has given the Rōzu Syndicate permission to use the business as a front, where they will be able to run bets on Fight Night and pull targets for drug deals, prostitution, or worse. Patrons of Lou's can expect to witness and participate in all of these situations if they would like, and can even become bait girls or recruits depending on the role they take in the situations.

FLAW: The Rōzu Syndicate flaw would easily be greed and the desire for power. Wanting to make money hand over fist through their prostitution and racketeering will likely draw the attention of HPD if they are too flashy and careless.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: The Rōzu Syndicate's activities will likely involve Poison Apple since Calixia is a tenured tattoo artist there and it is the easiest place to find her, as well as the Gone By Dawn group that has been throwing raves across the city since raves are a great place to sell drugs and find targets for prostitution. HPD is another obvious group the syndicate would be involved with since the Rōzu Syndicate commits quite a lot of crime, and the majority of the Pink family have had many run-ins with officers for a variety of things, up to and including murder.

EXPERIENCE:I have been a group lead at other RP sims and we were constantly coming up with ways to keep the group active that was fun for both the groups and the other people in the sim. I like to extend group RP to as many people that want to be involved as possible to keep things exciting.

IDEAS:The Rōzu Syndicate will be able to engage new and old players through their many activities on the sim. From prostitution to gambling to drug dealing and even just petty theft and random violence, there are plenty of ways for people to interact with us.
