GROUP NAME: The Rejects (New Generation)

TYPE: Faction

MEMBERS: Akima Pav (MaiDvine), Courtney (kourtney.barzane), David Morris (DavidMorris87)

BACKGROUND: The Rejects have for years been a long standing name within Hathian from leaders and travelled through many different eras. The gang has always been violent and not afraid to lay claim to their crimes by means of public broadcast or leaving their calling card in some way shape or form. After the gangs most recent fall following a brief in house fighting between the younger and older members Romeo the youngest and latest Reject addition still holding a band and Courtney is making moves to reunite the gang and grow back into a powerhouse. The primary money making tactics will be that of selling narcotics and small time mugging/robbery. Without the support of the older generation they will have to find suppliers and or steal to up their stock. As they grow and get more and more breathing room extensions into criminal acts such as managing prostitution and a larger scale of dealing. Ranks- With this generation there will be no centralized leadership. The founding members will obviously be originals and most likely more respected but all respect and OG status is gained through IC. Recruitment- Like most street gangs The Rejects will be looking for young individuals the best targets being those who do have much to lose and lack of 'family' to fall back on. This does not mean there is restrictions on older or matured characters. Affiliates will first need to hang around and get to know the group for some time before even considered doing any dirt with them. After being seen as a asset and accepted to participate in illegal activities such as dealing they will be used to make money. If they can prove they are a money maker and have the stomach to get their hands dirty every Reject has to give the yes for them to be banded through a beating and marking ceremony.

UNIQUE: ICly there will not be a lead but OOCly I will be the contact person. Also with Vashti being a former Reject and Rome's closest friend he will meet with her first in an attempt to use the PA to clean his dirty money while offering her a small sum for helping him out. The PA has been a Reject front for sometime so there will be fall back on the roots of the last generation. Customers will be pretty much treated neutral so not to mess with the business flow of Vashti's shop. However customers who show to be into more of a nightlife may be offered a plug for narcotics in small amounts.

FLAW: The biggest flaw is lack of support. Without a flowing cocaine distribution from Parnell they used to have their income will feel the effect and the necessity to profit from small time criminal acts will be a must.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Poison Apple- Rome's place of employment and attempting to assist in Vashti regaining her memory supporting the gang with her business. OSMC- There was bad blood between the groups upon the fall of The Rejects so there would be no surprise to a revival of the war. HPD- Many HPD officers still have hate for the Rejects and history will show the two clashing again.

EXPERIENCE:I possess leadership and also understanding from my irl military experience. I am more than willing to work with others to compromise all sides in most situations. I have been in a leadership position in multiple CD groups and have a good understanding what to expect from staff and what will be expected of me.

IDEAS:New players will be welcome even those not up to par with the rp if willing to learn will be helped along the way. Being we have a mentor in our ranks as well I see no issue with helping new players who find interest in our group. As long there is a willingness to learn and rules are followed anyone is welcome.
