BACKGROUND: The three like-minded men created a bond through brotherhood that had emerged from similar backgrounds. Soon it was decided to create a sanctuary for all of their kind in the form of an MC. Due to their past experiences, whether be it by trial and error or growth and development, the three of them together formed ideas and bylaws that would empower the future of a dominating MC called "Orcus Samedi MC" We chose this name based on it having a depth and meaning to us personally as well as it incorporates the Louisiana darker culture. How the MC makes it’s money is through various different means. We do feel like the drug game is well played out and have decided to go in a direction of having a couple notorious means of income. The largest of the all would be import and export goods, and services with the knowledge of sailing that one of the members has. This can be everyday things to black market illegals. This opens up the possibility of other groups creating a relationship with the MC for trade. Another notable resource is counterfeiting and forgery. This would be mean that the MC has printing accessories and means to make fake cash, passports, IDs, and government documentation. This could be useful to Hathian in the event someone needs something falsified and for themselves, it will be a challenge to not get caught with the cash they peddle out. Through the shipping and exporting, they are able to launder the fake into real cash. Lastly, they are also active hitmen for hire. This means they can be paid to be problem solvers for whatever problem should arise. We propose Nemli Resident (Hunter), Sebastion Blackheart (Odin), Ash Brinner (Sinner) as three leads IC/OOC. We want to create an MC that creates unity and equality between the leaders versus traditional hierarchy ranks. We hope with this change it turns around the negative stereotype of an MC that has previously been in Hathian, to make better public relations and greater opportunity for roleplay between MC and players/other faction groups. There would be no ranks aside from; Founders, Patched Members, and Prospects.

UNIQUE: We have no plans to currently use any private or official Hathian business as a front for the MC. A clubhouse is located in Black Bottom and we take private inquiries to shipping/import. The brothers can often also be seen loitering between two places, Lou's and Rader Records.

FLAW: Sometimes conceit and self-importance blinds those who have committed to the vows of brotherhood. Because of this, they lose their strength in numbers creating cracks in the structure of which they built the MC on, in the end leaving them open to vulnerabilities. Men of a MC are known to become territorial towards persons and places of interest, as well as personal belongs that can be easily destroyed.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: We hope to weave stories with all willing factions and businesses alike in CD in order to become a sim-wide story-arch participant. In the recent month we have created a partnership with the Hookah lounge private business and some private citizens have also asked us to join personal storylines by engaging us in RP based on our image. The MC is currently working on a storyline (seven deadly) that could involve directly at least one established faction.

EXPERIENCE:Beau "Hunter" Nemli, Sebastion "Odin" Blackheart, and Ash "Sinner" Brinner all have experience that consists of prior MC leadership roles and have brought many ideas to the sim already. There is a level of quality in the roleplay that says none of us are anything less than roleplay veterans in SL if not Hathian itself. All three are approachable IC and friendly players OOCly. We hope that will assist us in becoming a successful working faction within CD.

IDEAS:We have begun to set a pace of active roleplay in Hathian that has been, not only friendly and engaging, it has brought back a certain level of violence to the sim. All of the bikers have been easily acclimated to CD and have began making deals and connections with Hathian businesses and private citizens.
