EXPERIENCE:Hathian Boxing League - A CU/Private business proposal by Carly Cox Background: I have been interested in how Fame works in the CD universe for a long time, and why Sports in the CD universe haven't really taken a place in day-to-day roleplay scenes, despite there being several hardworking Sports Team at CU trying to achieve this. I have therefore been thinking about what would bring players together in cross sim roleplay, creating actual roleplay driven sport stars that are not only talked about, but continues to drive storyline creation through roleplay. When a CU student IC'ly brought the idea of a CU Boxing team to the Dean, it all fell into place for me, and I now had the answer I was craving. We must create a Cross sim boxing league, for players to engage in at the level they wish. Unique: With the creation of the Hathian Boxing League (HBL), the patchwork frame is created that will allow for both actual sports teams, but also individual players to engage in a cross sim sport, that requires little to no backend management, and can be solely driven through in character interaction. CU can have a certified HBL team, any fitness studio can have a HBL certified team, or any individual out there, can be a certified HBL athlete. These can all compete against each other in tournaments and individual sporting events, that can also be promoted through sub-events and the media like The Observer to build up the hype. In additions, a number of sub roles beyond fighters are easily created, such as: Coaches, referees, boxing promoters, sports journalists and son on. With a bit of imagination, there's no telling where this could lead.
