EXP:For me, I like to have fun, but not only do I like having fun, I like to make sure everyone else does too. One of my favorite things to do is planning. When planning goes right and active communication happens, things always go to plan. Being a leader isn't hard it's how you make the experience that determines how the rest goes. Overall, I'm a very patient and easy-going guy and being a leader is fun even when the decisions you have to make are not fun.

IDEAS:Planning consistent events, holiday parties, regular parties, and just things that will appeal to everyone. While also sending members out to gather feedback on what we can and could do better. Everyone can and will do something suited to their talents which in theory will make everyone contribute in their own way.
