BACKGROUND: I'd also look filling the most of the playing time for the Sqd as much as possible, by having a 2nd Captain and 2nd VC for the USA timezones, so we can all connect and keep in touch and in the loop of girls involved in the squad , so they don't feel like they can' join due to timezones and no one being around when they are on Holding regular events helps elevate the profile of your Squad (business). As new players see your place advertised and on the CD schedule, they'll know the place is active and (hopefully) worth checking out if the events are appealing. As I meet new players and people join the business, I'll tell them my philosophy: we are there to make players welcome and help their characters fit into the experience, and hopefully add to there story. Also maybe arrange sports dinner style events on campus, where we award best players of teams awards etc, Best 3 pointer shot for the basketball , best kicker for football etc Also possibly having a Junior team also, with the Seaside center, like a kids troop maybe help run events via the center or like a buddy system where we all have a youth who can use one of us a mentor and help them grow into there role and story build.

UNIQUE: As we know every good college has a bunch of cute, sexy, bitchy, everyone wants!, the Cheer sqd, will remain a staple in campus and around the sports teams we have and will get. Keeping up the practices, cheer comps , events around sim's as support and futures, doing Ic fund raiser and other community work.

EXP:Brooke (Myself), Was very quick to join into the Cheerleader Sqd apron joining campus, after meeting Buffy, She worked as cheerleader in the sqd helping Buffy with chants , dances, training and recruiting and building cheerleader stories, Over this time scale to current its landed me in the Vice Captain spot, giving me a bit more strength of running the squad, so am looking to take the next step up and try become the Captain now.

FLAWS:

WORK WITH OTHERS:Football team, Volley ball, Swim, Basketball, Boxing, Get wok, the bars, all the campus groups and clubs, and even many of the business on main sim also that like to collaborate with a bunch of pretty cheerleaders!

OTHER:Aside from announcing the big event on our CD calendar, I would design a poster that advertises the event and hand it out to people I see. If possible, we can put up the poster in the immediate area so local traffic spots it. I'd want to reach out to a couple groups I think would be interested as well, such as on campus orgs like frats, sororities, football and volleyball teams. Perhaps we can also partner with a local food place (Bros BBQ or Jimmies Chicken, for example?) to cater the food team up's / sponsors
