BACKGROUND: As some might be aware, I previously applied to lead Flamingos, Backwater's LGBTQ+ club. After some deliberation and input from the community, I decided that I wouldn't have made the best fit for a leader there. So, here I am! I am the leader of the newly approved House of the Morningstar faction, Backwater's very own Satanic panic inducing cult. The shady little sex shop in the center of town would be a great place to poach for hedonistic heathens to initiate into the faction. Aside from that, there is a dingy garage below the store itself that may be used as a hangout spot to deal drugs, among other potential dealings. I think this place would work out just as well, if not better act in the interests of my faction. I plan to collaborate with other businesses for events. Since the shop itself is small and wouldn't be that great of a place to host large events, the XXX shop could host and fund events at other establishments. Flamingos and The Serpent's Den come to mind, naturally because of their nature. Flamingos has a BDSM club downstairs, it isn't just a LGBTQ Lounge 😉 Darling's could fund classic activities such as bobbing for dildos, or pin the dick on the blow-up doll. It's a smaller place than the business I previously applied for, but I'm sure I can still come up with things to keep new employees busy. I can ask them IC to put on a fancy little number and go outside to twirl a sign that advertises two-for-one butt plug sales. If that is far too degrading for their liking, then I could ask them to perhaps take a trip out to CU and hand out fliers for House of the Morningstar gatherings, or something like that. As for day to day RP, I do hope to lure in some RP to the area simply by being present and inviting. I'm always happy to RP with walk-ups. My character, Gin, fits in with management of such a place because he's a God damned degenerate that only really cares about the pursuit of happiness. His idea of happiness is basically drugs, sex, and money, so...I could definitely see him kicking his feet up on a counter where giant rubber fists are sold.

UNIQUE: Well, there are plenty of places in town that have the potential to encourage every sin in the book, but this will be the only business to play host to an actual cult that's founded on individual fulfillment and pleasure. It'll be your one stop shop for sex toys, drugs, and spiritual enlightenment.

EXPERIENCE:"I've managed a handful of long standing RP guilds within different MMOs since 2012. Duties included recruitment, both IC and OOC, event management, and general moderation and mediation of the members. One such guild was highly active for over 6 years with 400+ members, of which I was an admin. My rl job also requires a good deal of management and costumer service skills." -Copy/pasted from my previous business proposal I would also like to add that I've been RPing for a very long time, and those of us who have been know that issues always arise between players despite our best efforts. I've learned to have tact in these situations (for the most part. I'm human, I'm not perfect) and I've come to learn that most people can be reasonable if you talk to them rather than talk behind their backs. I'm always willing to mediate if need be, but also more than happy to stay out of other people's business.

IDEAS:"If you RP, they will come. That's always been a long standing fact in any RP community. A lot of people are too shy to initiate and some are just apathetic and expect someone else to initiate the RP for them. Whatever the case, I plan to be available IC within the business for people seeking RP to interact with." - Also copy/pasted from my previous proposal On top of that, we need to drag some traffic into Backwaters. I plan to reach out to Hathian denizens with IC fliers and conversation. I am not shy by any means and will RP with anyone at least once. Meeting new people IC is always interesting and (most of the time) a pleasure.
