<b>The Garage Gym</b>

BACKGROUND: The Garage Gym is a high-end but affordable fitness center, conveniently located just outside of downtown Hathian, in Rougarou. We provide a place and the equipment for Hathian's citizens to get into shape and stay in shape with the finest weight and cardio equipment in the city. We also offer individual fitness and self-defense training, as well as yoga, dance pole fitness, aerobics, and self-defense classes. Additionally, the Garage Gym has both heavy bags and speed bags for boxing training, as well as a full-sized fighting ring. As the business matures, we'll be holding competitive fighting events, with purses for the winners.

UNIQUE:

EXPERIENCE:My character is a student at Columtreal University, but I want to have a means of interacting and role-playing with the greater Crack Den community. When I first came to Crack Den, I was hired as a trainer at the new Hathian Fight Club and Gym in Voudou. My commitment to the business quickly led the owner to promote me to manager, a position I kept when the Fight Club and Gym closed down and subsequently reopened under new management. I was hired on as the manager when the Garage Gym was opened after the Hathian Fight Club and Gym closed for good. I've been running the business ever since, and when the Garage Gym owner decided to close up shop, I bought the land from him and had him leave the building and equipment behind so I could continue the business. I've been a constant in every incarnation of the local gym for the past seven months, and I'm committed to keeping the gym alive. I really enjoy the RP I've been able to engage in as both a trainer and gym manager, and look forward to expanding the business. Experience-wise, I've been roleplaying in Second Life since 2007. I was a faction leader in the City of Lost Angels sim for more than three years, so I have plenty of group leadership and management experience. Additionally, I have real-life experience as a fitness instructor that I have been applying to my role play at the gym.
