Esmeralda SiamendessaidSeaside Elementary By: Skye Herriat BACKGROUND: With as many youths as we have in Hathian, I think Seaside has a real potential to be a big part of our roleplay in Crack Den. I want Seaside to be more involved with the community (where appropriate) and to bring in more traffic to our sims. Zipporah has thrown a fundraiser in the past and it had been VERY successful, so fundraisers would happen often to try and bring in money for the school. She would also like to organize a few Parents' Night Out events, as well as Family Fun nights and plays. Once employees are accepted after applying, they DO have to agree to an interview with Zipporah so she knows who is coming into the school, and so the employees can get a feel for who they are working for. I believe Zipporah would fit in pretty well because she has always had a strong interest in Seaside, but she has never sent her children there because she doesn't believe the past principals have done a good enough job at keeping the kids safe and improving the school. She's an educated woman and believes she has what it takes to run the school. She will strive to turn Seaside into the facility she know it can become. UNIQUE: This business already stands our pretty well on its own due to the fact that it is mainly centered around our youth, where as most businesses in Hathian are mostly for adults. Seaside will be more involved with the community and will hopefully pull in more family RP. EXPERIENCE: I am a mentor for Crack Den and I have run a CD business in the past. It would still be running today, but I ran into financial issues in real life and could no longer afford my land. 🙁 Zip is still ICly running that business, but it's now located in New Orleans until I decide to bring it back to Hathian. I have plenty of leadership experience due to my involvement in CD in the past and present. I listen to ideas from my fellow roleplayers and love to hear feedback so I know what I can improve on. IDEAS: Every new employee will receive and IM from me, as well as new youths. While their characters may not be old enough to be involved in Seaside at creation, they are always welcome to join when they come of age! I'll let them know of upcoming events and open positions we'd be looking for. OTHER: For a grand re-opening I'll probably organize a Family Fun night, complete with a dunk tank, face painting, and inflatable slides and obstacle courses. |
