Here is a proposal from a Harley for her alt, who will be giving up Gein due to the IC impossibility of her being able to realistically continue to run it. Please, provide feedback!

GROUP NAME: The Master Bates Inn

TYPE: Motel

SLURL: Teleport

BACKSTORY: My goal is to revitalize the Master Bates Inn and bring RP with mutiple characters back to the area. My character is a meth cooker and addict and is looking for a place to sell out of as well as a position to fit into the community. Being almost completely uneducated, her big dreams is to manager something that involves a community interest and although she may not be book smart, she is street smart and is looking for an opporunity to make her business thrive. The Inn is a great meeting place, with so much untapped potential. I think most people are put off because it's right across from the HPD but I think that only provides a challenege for illegal activity. there needs to be a good center spot for illegal activity outside of gang dealins. The Inn's involvement wouldn't just be drugs but would also be a local place for hookers to bring their Johns, perhaps even a room could be rented for locl gatherings. I'll make sure to provide a continental breakfast of course.

UNIQUE: There is not a business, in my opinion, that harbors a general meeting place for multiple kinds of illicit illegal activity. This would be a hub for all crminals and gang members to gather at. It would be a weapon free zone, nutral terrioty to go over new shipments and glorify new types of "designer drugs"

EXP:My main character, Harley Riler currently runs the Gein. However due to the discovery of human remains in her burgers the Gein has been shut down and Harley will slowly but surely end up in jail followed by a good ole' southern execution. I thought it would only be fair to give up the Gein to another player to reopen the establishment while I set out for other ventures. I still would love to be able to be a part of the leadership team in CD and thought taking over the Master Bates Inn on my alt Kitty Laroway would be a perfect step. I have held prior leadership experience both here in the Crack Den as well as in Midian City as a GM and faction Leadr, a GM in Shadowrun as well as a GM for VTM. I like to contribute and be a art of the team while helping develop the SIM storylines and encourage new and exciting RP plotlines for the existing and new characaters in the Crack Den.

IDEAS:I think that running the Master Bates Inn is the prefect way to set up more in depth RP between gang members and criminals as well as the HPD. By running high end drugs discreetly out of the Inn I will be able to encourage multiperson RP scenarios. Also having the HPD across the way will be the ultimate challenge. Perhaps some of the officers will end up becoming customers themselves. Drugs really do have a significant inpact on a characters life and development in this sim. This is also an excellent place to encourage RP for newcomers. Everyone needs a place to stay when coming to a new city. Rooms could also be used for counseling events like an AA session. I am open to all new ideas and really just want to encourage RP.

OTHER:I feel like many people sell drugs but their isn't a general hub for convergence during these sales. This would be good meeting ground for the importing and exporting of these kinds of goods. It would also be a great place to deal gun commodities out of when we do reintroduce them to the SIM.
