Here are two different proposals to run the Butcher shop that was placed in the plaza where bakery and Clam are. They are in no particular order. Please, provide feedback and suggestions!

GROUP NAME: Meat Beaters Butcher Shop

TYPE: Butcher shop

BACKSTORY: Myself and a few friends of mine who are long-time fellow rp'ers (Maeve Soulstar, Forgetten Tomorrow, Ansgar Amat), have been running a food truck (called Meaty Balls) in sim rp. We have had ic problems finding meat. Fin is the only one with a secret stash of money, and when she finds the place for sale, she buys - out of both needing it for the business and the satisfaction she gets from hacking meat. The others would slide in once she has obtained the business, with Forge taking the reins as assistant manager and icly generating the ideas for other aspects of the business. OOCly it came about because we were talking about our rp with Espi, she mentioned the shop, and we immediately had interest and some solid ideas for it. The agenda is to have a legitimate butchershop out front, and in the back a sort of "disposal" business for various gangs around the city, as well as a place for them to safely and cleanly interrogate people. Also, once a month we'd have a sort of masked "meat market" party -- playing off the original New York meat market scene. We'd block off the alleyway and turn the store and the delivery area into a masked fetish night, some with shows, some group stuff, that we would "host", probably a blend of (icly) consensual and non-consensual. Obviously this would be a very underground thing, somewhat low-brow but we are flexible to what works.

UNIQUE: It is fresh and unique. We are VERY encouraging and eager for inter-faction rp with regard to having gangs use the space and spiderweb the rp as much as possible, as well as inclusive for whomever wants to be involved for this as well as the Meat Market rp.

EXP:I personally have over four years experience in SL as an FL/admin and storyteller (Midian City, under the avatar Marina Storaro as well). Forge has nearly the same. I have always believed very strongly in inclusive, collaborative roleplay and an emphasis on clear communication. Fun and decency is my motto. I am very comfortable organizing and taking initiative, and I'm big on evolution - constantly evolving ideas trying to find the fit for what's best for roleplay. I'm at nature a problem-solver; I'm not so stuck with an "idea" that I'll play it until it dies. I like to provide people with rp opportunities: open-ended 'pockets' for players to grab and run with to spread roleplay. I'd like to think I have a polite attitude, and can be honest with people without doing it in a way that makes them dislike or feel offended. Communication is always key!

IDEAS:I really feel that the interfaction opportunities, meat market idea and atmosphere of the butcher shop proposal above are unique and "dark"in a beneficial way for rp. There's room for characters across the strata to have reason to interact, and that's where the rp can bloom... if people take it.

OTHER:Filthy humiliating meat sex. Hopefully I've been concise enough to convince you so far! I'll cross my fingers and hope for the best. I also welcome conversations on skype if it's helpful to discuss any questions or issues. As a note, I'll be out of town from Aug 3rd - 8th.

BACKSTORY: I plan on giving this butcher shop a dark creepy feel. I want to be the kind of butcher that just has fun creeping people out while seriously running the butcher shop. I came about it by hearing my friend Austin. As for agenda, I'm new here and I find this RP very intriguing! This Business is def my style.

UNIQUE: People will be afraid to aprotch a butcher with a big bloody cleaver while laughing insanely to weird them out!

EXP:People tend to follow me in rl and in sl. Plus im pretty creative.

IDEAS:Perhaps others will share the same mind set with me for this butcher shop.

OTHER:I fit the position. After all my sl name is Deatfate. lol
