Hello, hello, hello!

During a conversation about story arcs, me and Peri somehow got on the topic of the YMCA that the sim used to have, and how it created a hell of a lot of RP, all different kinds. We want to bring it back!

After a bit of brainstorming, we came up with some reasons that would make this a good idea.

Potential RP:
- Rape. The Y was known for it back before the rebuild. Free rooms and no questions equaled a lot of kidnapping.
- Homelessness. Well, kind of. Free rooming mean that people can RP being down and out a little easier instead of justifying paying for nights at the motel, or sleeping on the street
- Location. My thoughts are to put it in D8, where the abandoned construction site is. It would spread RP out more, and bring people to other parts of the massive estate we have.
- Drugs. Again, free rooms. This seems to be a reoccurring theme.. People can shoot up, snort a line, hell, even do steroids (since the Y is known for physical activity) in the comfort of a private room.
- Programs. Host a class or seminar about, almost literally, anything. Self defense, cooking, stripping (a la Simpsons), or anything else that pops into your head.
- Kids. Anything from daycare, summer camp, tutoring, after school programs, etc.

There is so much more. Seriously. The Y can house an endless amount of things for the community, from wholesome to not so family friendly.

Yes? Yes!
