Bear is a 29 year old ex special forces operator of Scandinavian decent , originally born and raised in New England he  moved down south buying a house out in the swamps after ending his last service tour , he came to Haitian in search of some work and decided to join the CUPD . A calm and relatively friendly nature he will approach most people in a friendly manner unless they already managed to get his ire and and up in his book of bastards.
