BACKGROUND: My character has gravitated to the clinic and I have reached out to members in the community to collaborate in a way that will hopefully increase RP for us all. I've discussed team building in the form of nights at the strip club, meetings at the bar and other ideas. I recently sent out a IC email in group about establishing a bail fund for clinic staff in hopes of encouraging shady or otherwise rp to make money to donate to the fund. It is my hope that this also encourages staff to engage members of law enforcement with the clinic's blessing. Furthermore, to encourage clinic outreach in the community, awareness of capable medical staff in the community, and the generation of rp for staff, I have icily made the clinic staff aware Honey is making 4 medical bags for the field. One of which she'll have. A plus to having Honey as a lead is that she has reach in the other medical facilities, is familiar with engaging in criminal activity and mentored others in the past to do as much. Organ harvesting, performing her own "clinical" trials, and much more are things she is familiar with. Honey is rather lax with professionalism. Her main concern is keeping the clinic with a image of competence when it comes to the staff's ability, taking a cut of side hustles staff use clinic resources for, and maintaining the patient's respect of the staff. It has always been her belief that patients must not want to live or use their services if the patients cannot respect the staff. If has made for some fun and interesting scenes in the past. Events:Local food drive. Condoms, Money, Alcohol and/or weed for donating can goods. We'd love for other businesses to join and collaborate. Team Building: We gather as a group in various places around town and have fun. It is a good way for the community to meet the clinical staff. Community out reach and education: I have to find a spot to do this at, but I'd love to have a community class once or twice a month where someone from the clinic teaches CPR, first aid, sex courses, basic anatomy and so on. New Employees: Today I sent a company email in group to introduce a new employee after rping a scene welcoming them to the clinic. I'd like to keep this trend alive. I would also really, really like to have a blood in and blood out thing with the clinic. We're a family ... well maybe more of a gang at the point. There's bond though.

UNIQUE: We're approachable and discreet. We will help you, but silence is golden. There is a risk though, we are backwaters after all. Staff members are encouraged to network, have affiliations with the underbelly of society. Give care in exchange for favors and IOUs. Come at us wrong and when you are most vulnerable it could cost you your neck ... and organs. There is money to be made there, and it would be a waste to just leave those organs in a rotting body. The clinic is also more relaxed than other facilities. Strip, do porn to make money. Just be ready to work when you are on clinic time. Wear regular clothes sometimes ... if you don't mind getting blood on them. Just be able to be identified as clinic staff. Another thing is that I plan to encourage the clinic staff to be out in the community engaging and having fun. Going to the bar in scrubs? Cool, it is a tough job, and you are human. We get it. Be ready for people to approach you as a medical professional though. Otherwise take your badge off and blend in. More competent care, less hassle. o/ ... Though icily Honey has said she is willing to kidnap people who worries their loved ones because they need medical care and won't get it. Really, isn't kidnapping just a sign of affection in the end anyway? Lastly, she doesn't care if ya'll fuck in the clinic. Really, she'd rather not know. If she slips in cum, find used condoms or things of that nature she may lash out. Clean up after yourselves dammit. Other people might want to use that spot. Think of it as gym equipment, clean it before and after. You little filthy McNasties! ♥ We may also operate more like a gang than a clinic. Blood in, blood out band of brothers/sisters type stuff. That is my hope at least. I'm working on it

EXPERIENCE:I've been a community leader before, I've taken a backseat to my own rp to to help others push their rp forward, I have helped create story arch ideas, and on a mmorpg I was the officer of a 200 person guild.

IDEAS:Good thing I'm a social whore at times and don't mind approaching people. I do reach out to ask people if they would like to rp and I don't mind helping new players orientate to the sim, rping, and come up with ideas. I often check back with them to make sure they are doing okay and to see if I can answer any questions.

OTHER:I would love to use the Asylum to throw a meet the staff party after an open house at the clinic.
