Someone recently told me that the FDH seems to mostly be called for dead Bodies. And From my considerable personal experience, the HPD tends to only get called for major Violent Crimes.

I think its time for people to think outside the box a bit. Some ideas

Phone in a Bomb threat to a place.

Call us for drunken/under the influence civilians

Get arrested for indecent exposure or public sex.

Try something other than violence or mayhem. be creative!
