I rented one of the trailer properties about a week ago. The rental sign failed to give me the group for the property (Alterscape Residents) and directed me to Nadir Taov. Nadir's profile has links to a ticket support system so first I tried that. The automated group giver took my information and sent a group invite...to The Crack Den group...which is incorrect. So I filled a bug report and sent an inworld IM. I got no response so after several days I filled another ticket for rental issues explaining the problem again, still no response, so I tried IM'ing Nadir again and nothing.
Having all resources point to a single person who doesn't respond isn't very helpful. I've seen several other people asking about very similar problems. To be honest even if the ticket process had worked it required a higher level of competency than you can assume a new player would have. For anyone who isn't an "old pro" this would probably turn them off from CD entirely.
No I've still not gotten a response.
(Not to mention the site still isn't verifying my email so I have no idea where it would even send a response to.)
