The group idea is great, especially since you are focusing on Fishtown which I really want to get active again. The problem I see is overzealous players. I am willing to put up the proposal and see if the community can help dissect it a bit more. Please do not RP out having a gang until official approval is received. I would like the following to be in place in order for this group to be even be made a possibility:

1)If you choose to sell drugs as a gang the product must be approved by me. Right now, I'm thinking only pot and maybe some easy access pills to pop.
2) Only youth aged 14-17 can be members (age 13 can be prospects).
3) Only blunt instruments and pocketknives/box cutters/razorblades may be used and NO blades of any kind used in non-privately owned land in Fishtown.
4) Do not try and start 'wars' with the adult gangs. I want to see this as just what you say... kids against adults- not trying to take over as a gang.
5) the group/gang must remain a seaside gang. If members (or yourself) wish to later make an adult gang then a new name and proposal must be sent in.
6) Turf must remain in Fishtown. You may hang out where you wish of course, but once the turf system is implemented, gang activity at turfs will be calculated and low stats will lead to the dissolution of the gang (this doesn't mean every moment must be spent in Fishtown, but the majority of time should be on your turf)

Those are my thoughts as to improvements ... everyone is welcome to put their 2 cents on what I've said along with the proposal in general.

BACKSTORY: History: After 13 year old Deteric Furyo had visited death's door on quite a few occasions in his life, being told from an early age by adults what he could and couldnt do, as the consequences could be the increase of the illness that was destined to kill him. He suffered endless ridicule and suffering of abuse, until one day he sought to make a new life for himself, vowing never to allow anyone to hold him back, or anyone like him... Even if it meant violence.. One day, it occured to him, that there were many in the area who were much like him, desiring the fall of peace, and the uprise of chaos, so he started secretly plotting to form an army.. UNIQUE: We are a gang of youths, gathered to bring TERROR to Hathian, by way of controlled and calculated Chaos. By sheer creation, the Seaside Terrors will unite the youth population under a single goal, set to unhinge the adult world that has oppressed them.

EXP:I enjoy rp'ing, have always enjoyed encouraging progressive storylines that keep those involved on their toes. As for qualities, I can be helpful, and supportive.. For experience.. Well, just 10+ years of text rp history.

IDEAS:SeaSide Terrors would provide an active welcoming type of committee at Seaside for new child/kid avatars on the OOC level, assisting as able to help them get started and situated once registered. IC, I hope to create a presence of activeness in Fishtown, and bring some liveliness to the rest of CD with the upsurge of teen characters. Beyond that, I hope to see increase in rescue services presence and activity, as well as give reason to make the businesses that sit empty gain a comeback. "We believe the children are the future.. Teach them well, and let them lead the way.." Well they are the future of CD, and I hope to teach them plenty, and let them loose on the community!!!

OTHER:The youth/teen population have made comments that they have no place to claim as their own.. The hoodlums wander the streets vandalizing randomly, usually afraid to interact with most of the adult population on a singular level, worried that they will be overpowered, being a child. Adults can be dangerous. SeaSide Terrors will give them that sense of empowerment, and bring a little controlled chaos to CD Citizens, hopefully breathing life into CD where it has ceased to show signs of life, including but not limited to activity areas, varied businesses, hangout points. Mostly though, I would desire Fishtown as the "Stomping Ground" (Turf), and bring the youth population in CD back to activeness at SeaSide elementary and highschool (and utilizing the closed off (unused) space in the Highschool as their clubhouse), Even if it means tearing apart the education system and rewiring it to the Terror's version of a lesson plan.
