I like your proposals, the asylum deserves some attention.
The only thing that puzzles me is the “high value targets” thing. In my brief experience, business owners/gang leaders are crucial to the development of RPs. Wouldn’t hunting them down disrupt the whole sim?

great prpoposals! dris is always happy to include u in his RPs, experienced it first hand. casino has been neglected for too long,  yet it should be one of the most natural entry points to laveau.

HI! Great idea. I agree with Baneelden. I think you shouldn’t join any faction so that your business can help new players connect to factions/criminal networks based on the type of stuff they are trying to smuggle/have smuggled.
