Let’s assume that someone gets suspended by the office responsible for some reason. And that in addition, that heartless person whats him fired despite his care and dedication to the job. who can he appeal to (IC) against that decision?

I agree. In addition to the ‘form’, one of the things that I find difficult is that there is not an indication about the terms of probation.
What is allowed, what is not, how long the probation has to last, and so on.
