Well not sure about the lawyer part but i would just go to the Police station.

I do not think we have to blame anyone. It is a nice idea, gives a realistic touch but its to much, thats all. It makes things more difficult so considering change is good but i do not think anyone is “at fault” really.

I think the main issues with the rain are the unnecssary lad and making things harder to click. If anything i would not let it kick in for minor rain but like really heavy rain as parts of events or such. Honestly i am not sure why many are so distrustful when admins say change is comming. Mind you for most thisis something they do in their spare time so yeah, things can take a while. Looking forward to the changes tough.
