Just to clarify, yes I can see certain people writing bad reports on purpose, but I think OOC everyone should know how to write a halfway decent one. It can make them a lot more comfortable writing the bad ones if they know the basics of a good one and accept the IC consequences of a bad one better.
I think one of the biggest issues besides who can train and who can’t is the paperwork. Taking the time to go step by step makes a HUGE difference in how well the newer officers submit reports. I think this is great. I know a lot of us go there now to relax as opposed to get harassed at Lou’s and such. If I’m in a fighting mood, I will go to the other bars too. But being unmolested at the Lock and Key by the criminal element and just have some fun light RP is awesome.
