I think Carter’s example shows pretty well that we shouldn’t judge by appearance. In roleplay the writing is what is most important, not the looks or the quality of attachments. I see this the same, sure a robot hand (realism and costs aside) might be harder or even stronger, but no reflexes, slower respoonse perhaps and certainly less accuracy and finesse. As Ex staff, I can only suggest to bring up powergaming cyborgs, since as long there are no reports, staff cannot act on a topic.
in my personal opinion, a prostethic should never be better than the original body part. If it has an advantage, other flaws should outweigh it or we will have a cyberpunk SIM at some point.
