This is a great proposal written by someone who knows BW really well. Noah/Eli has stuck through the slow times and been one of the people who has consistently added positively to the community. I think that having an all girl gang will fill a niche that hasn’t been explored yet. Salopri will be happy to engage and collaborate on storylines!

Syd will be an excellent lead for the Vault. She has plenty of club experience in sl and knows the lore of bw well enough to give the club the dark twist it needs. Having rp’d with Jaiya at Empire I can vouch for her being a creative rp’er. I can tell a lot of thought went into this proposal and I think as a business it would benefit the sim. Empire and Flamingos collaborated on a BDSM block party a few months ago. I’m always down to bring some needles to your parties. As for the proposal it looks great and I like seeing how you plan to use the space. It would be great to see Flamingos thrive and I think Ava is just the person for the job.
