Having rp’d with Jaiya at Empire I can vouch for her being a creative rp’er. I can tell a lot of thought went into this proposal and I think as a business it would benefit the sim. I was just telling an associate today that I wanted to find someone to handle our darkweb presence so this could be an excellent opportunity to collaborate.

Backwaters could use it’s own Needful Things. Caveat Emptor! Calli is a great roleplayer and the antique shop will suit her character well. This is a very creative proposal with a lot of potential and I can’t wait to see what kinds of stories it opens up to the community.
Empire and Flamingos collaborated on a BDSM block party a few months ago. I’m always down to bring some needles to your parties. As for the proposal it looks great and I like seeing how you plan to use the space. It would be great to see Flamingos thrive and I think Ava is just the person for the job.
I haven’t had a chance to rp with Eugene, but I do know he’s bw’s resident stoner. The Lush Leaf will be a great fit for such a seasoned player and I look forward to coming to the grand opening and getting smoked tf out.

I think this is a great idea and a nice way to incorporate the cafe into Laveau’s criminal network.
