Actually the main change I’d want to see if any is more allowance for cops to use shotguns. Purely because of the vast array of lesslethal and utility ammo available to them. Rubber Bullets, bean bags, breaching rounds, smoke, illumination, tazer, paint etc. There’s a reason most patrol cars come equipped with them irl.
